Infertility is the case of being not able to conceive .Couples with primary infertility have never been able to conceive .Some couples may have not difficulty in conceiving their first child, but find it difficult conceive for the second time, this is called secondary infertility. If both partners have fertility problems it may be difficult to conceive. Women who are fertile experience a natural period of fertility before and during ovulation, and they are naturally infertile during the rest of the menstrual cycle. Endocrinologists usually consider a couple to be infertile if the couple has not conceived after 12 months of contraceptive free intercourse, if the female is under the age of 34, or if the couple has not conceived after 6 months of contraceptive free intercourse if the female is over the age of 35, or if the female is incapable of carrying the pregnancy to term.

The dance form Bharatanatyam is considered as a sacred ritual that will bring spiritual up-liftment to both the dancer and the audience. Ancient times Bharatanatyam was performed by Devadasis in Hindu temples .
Originally Devadasis were held in high esteem in Hindu culture . They lead a life of celibacy and spend their time worshipping God. But as the Devadasy system was exploited by kings and the priests, gradually they became concubines of the ruling class. Srigara rasa( Love and Lust ) expresses the most intimate beauties of Bharata natyam with all the purity of spirit . Sringara rasa is the ultimate bhava of the conscious body . Bharata Natyam takes both the audience and the dancer from the extreme plane of body consciousness to the higher spiritual level . There are nine main or primary emotions (rasa) in Bharatanatyam,( Sthayibhavas).

Toothpaste is the first thing we put in our mouth soon after we get up from bed. For Gen X and Z they have never used anything else to clean their teeth. Over the years tooth paste has become a part of our life and routine. At the super market shelf there are more than enough varieties to confuse the buyer. Whitening gel, triple action and tartar control are few of the advertising gimmicks companies use to market their product.

Menstruation is also called menstrual bleeding, menses, catamenia or a period. Your monthly cycle begin on the day you start your period. Hormones from the brain tell the ovary to start getting an egg ready. In the ovary the egg grows in a little sac of fluid called the follicle. The follicle makes estrogen that causes the endometrium to grow a thick and lush lining. When egg ovulates the follicle then makes progesterone that prepares the endometrium for a pregnancy. If the egg is not fertilized by a male sperm pregnancy does not occur. With no pregnancy the ovary stops making the progesterone and that signals the endometrium to shed the lining. That is period. As the period begin the brain signals the ovary to start over with a new follicle and a new lining in the endometrium. This amazing cycle then starts all over again. To keep it simple a period is a bleed from the uterus (womb) that is released through the vagina. It happens approximately every 28 days, although anywhere between 24 and 35 days is common. A period is part of a woman's menstrual cycle.
